[00:00:02] Speaker A: 20 in the city.
[00:00:03] Speaker B: Aloha.
[00:00:05] Speaker A: What it do? What it do? I do like this, though. They. They brightened it up a little bit. I said, because I'm a dark man, I'm starting wearing some lighter colors. I think my. The pigmentation with a black shirt, I can't do it anymore.
[00:00:15] Speaker B: Every time we walk in here, the studio, like, gets brand new. We either get something new in here that we're using, like, microphones or something. Like, everything starts changing. I like it. I like it, Roberto.
[00:00:23] Speaker A: But we ain't changing. There's still Twitty in the city. I'm Twitty. That's thc, the Hawaiian comedian. You've been doing it, but.
[00:00:30] Speaker B: Right.
[00:00:30] Speaker A: It's part of the job. Hit the. Like to subscribe. 10 Kizzy.
I have made the decision. Okay, when we hit the 10 Kizzy, because you've been talking about. You've got it set up at the crib, man.
[00:00:42] Speaker B: We right there.
[00:00:42] Speaker A: We gonna go live.
[00:00:43] Speaker B: We right there.
[00:00:44] Speaker A: We gonna go live from your spot with the microphones and the camera and all that. So whatever tweaking you got to do, probably get it done in the next week or 2. Because the 10 Kizzy coming, it's already tweaked. Excuse me, sorry.
[00:00:55] Speaker B: I know. Because remember. Because remember, I've been working on it, too, with the art. Trying to paint it. Trying to paint the. The walls and everything and get all my stuff up there. Yeah, it's all done.
[00:01:02] Speaker A: Okay, so when.
Yeah, we'll put a little social blast.
YouTube blast. I don't know what the term is. Let you know what day we gonna go live. You know what? Get in the comments right now. Is there a preferred day when we do do the live? You would like us to do it? Because this is for y'. All. It's for the people. Right? That's why we're doing it. So we're gonna do a live full.
[00:01:20] Speaker B: Like a reverse. Like a reverse TV guy. You don't look at the TV guy to see what it was. You let us know.
[00:01:26] Speaker A: Tell us what channel and what day and what time you want us to be on. Get in the comments. Appreciate y'. All. And for today's episode, I need people to stay in their lane. I'm tired of people changing stuff up, wanting to go this angle when you ain't never touched this angle. Stay in your lane. And especially my favorite people.
[00:01:48] Speaker B: What do you mean? Like, you gotta. You gotta stay in your lane. Can. Can refer to anything.
[00:01:53] Speaker A: That's true, that's true.
[00:01:54] Speaker B: So what do we stand in Our lane.
[00:01:56] Speaker A: What's fast food spots.
Exploring new food options. The newest one being.
And I hate talking about it. Cause I love it. I go broke there. Costco.
[00:02:07] Speaker B: Okay, okay. You talking about the chicken?
[00:02:09] Speaker A: Yes.
[00:02:10] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:02:10] Speaker A: Yes. And see this. This is why I'm already frustrated. I don't want to try it. Cause I already got a standard.
That $50 hot dog has been hitting since.05. Well, yeah, she ain't changed. She been good. She been good to me. She been good to the people. You know. She been good to Mr. Costco's piggy bank.
[00:02:27] Speaker B: Correct.
[00:02:28] Speaker A: So why you gonna go make some chicken tenders? And it's social media, but I see a lot of mixed reviews about it, so I'm scared to go try. I've heard some people say it's good. Not so good. They made it too big, too crispy. And I'm like, but it's Costco. That's my.
[00:02:46] Speaker B: You know what?
[00:02:47] Speaker A: That's my girl right there, man.
[00:02:49] Speaker B: I think they're not worried about it.
[00:02:51] Speaker A: I'm worried about it.
[00:02:52] Speaker B: But I don't think they are at Costco because they got that $50 hot dog. Because, like, no matter how mad you can get at whatever you eat there. Yeah. But you still got that fallback. That fallback is always there.
[00:03:02] Speaker A: And then I see. I'm a visual person. Like, I don't. I don't want to look at that menu.
[00:03:05] Speaker B: Right.
[00:03:06] Speaker A: And I don't want to see no chicken. I want to see my hot dog. I want to see that pizza. I want to see that chicken.
[00:03:14] Speaker B: Ah. See, I was the little.
[00:03:17] Speaker A: I don't know what it's called, but, yeah, you know what I'm talking about. Chicken thing.
[00:03:19] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:03:20] Speaker A: It's like a panini.
[00:03:22] Speaker B: No, no, no, no. Like a pita. Like a.
It's like a pocket.
[00:03:25] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:03:26] Speaker B: Chicken.
[00:03:26] Speaker A: The comments. You know what I'm trying to say?
[00:03:27] Speaker B: It's talking about the chicken bake.
[00:03:28] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:03:29] Speaker B: Chicken. That's it.
[00:03:30] Speaker A: That's how much I only know.
[00:03:31] Speaker B: Hey, now, that came out hit when that came out.
Like, people looked at it the way you looking at these chicken. I know they. They looking at it the same way.
[00:03:39] Speaker A: And I might be judging, but I don't think you can hit lightning twice like that. I think that was a sleeper hit.
[00:03:44] Speaker B: I don't know, man. You know, Costco, look how long it took him to put that one in the menu. In the menu item. Knows. What I'm saying is, like, we don't know how long they've been holding on to it.
[00:03:52] Speaker A: That's true.
[00:03:52] Speaker B: Before, they suck. So you might. You might eat them and be like, okay, I'm safe, because I know how. I know exactly what you're talking about.
[00:03:58] Speaker A: You.
[00:03:59] Speaker B: They. They release something. It's a place where you already like to go.
[00:04:02] Speaker A: Yes.
[00:04:02] Speaker B: And then you try it, and then you like. That's ass, right? Yeah.
[00:04:06] Speaker A: And granted. Yeah. I don't know what y' all saying. Well, you don't got to eat it. I know. It's just the thought that, what if somebody go to Costco? See, this is me advocating for you, Costco. I'm thinking, what if somebody go to Costco for the first time? Okay, Hit that menu for the first time. They like, oh, chicken tenders.
Let's get them. And then they don't like it, so they don't try nothing else. I'm thinking about you, Costco. I'm not going to be that person. I'm going to tell you right now, I'm probably ain't going to never try them, because I'm sticking with my $50 hot dog. I just can't. I can't get off of that thing.
[00:04:37] Speaker B: And what's funny is. What's funny is I'm. I'm like, particular is like, if I go, if there's. If somebody has something on their menu that I really do not like, that will actually get me to stop eating there.
[00:04:46] Speaker A: Right? And that's what I don't want.
[00:04:48] Speaker B: And it's not like. It's not like I didn't like, like anything else on the menu. It's just that when I see that menu and I know there's something there that I don't.
[00:04:56] Speaker A: Well, you know why I think that appetite.
[00:04:58] Speaker B: That menu is no longer appetizing.
[00:05:00] Speaker A: I think I know why for you. And this is why I'm fearful of it, too. And this is why I'm fearful for Costco. Granted, they don't need me. But you know what, Costco? I'm here for you.
That makes me just start thinking you gonna start tweaking other shit. Like you gonna start tweaking that hot dog, even though Mr. Costco said he ain't gonna change.
[00:05:17] Speaker B: Bro, you can't keep a hot dog, though, because you put all your own condiments on it. I mean, how do you mess up just a hot dog and a bun?
[00:05:24] Speaker A: I don't know, man.
[00:05:25] Speaker B: See, now you got me scared.
[00:05:26] Speaker A: See, that's what I'm saying. So don't, like, stay in your lane, Costco. And it ain't just Costco. I'm gonna get off of Costco. I'm about to go there after this. Anyway. Hold on.
[00:05:34] Speaker B: Quick question. What would you do if they went
[00:05:36] Speaker A: from all beef dogs to, like, that beef and pork? Oh, it ain'.
It ain't happening. See, I knew it ain't happening. It ain't happening. PR that's producer Rob, by the way. I call him PR but that ain't happening. PR no, they. Costco ain't gonna do that.
[00:05:51] Speaker B: We ain't.
[00:05:52] Speaker A: You ain't gonna put that in my head. It ain't even gonna be a thought. It's not happening.
[00:05:55] Speaker B: Not. You know what's funny, though, is, is.
[00:05:57] Speaker A: Don't. Don't you. Don't you do it either. Thc. Don't do it.
[00:06:01] Speaker B: Because it's only a dollar fifty. It's like, that's their. Their. Their argument for it might taste, but come on, man. It's a. It's a dollar fifty.
[00:06:08] Speaker A: See, you supposed to be on my side.
[00:06:10] Speaker B: I am on your side. I'm just saying is. I'm trying to. I'm trying to go around they defense before they put it down. Do you know what I mean? I want to have an answer for
[00:06:17] Speaker A: that before they say, I was hoping you was going to get me off the ledge. Now I'm just going to sit there and park it and drink.
[00:06:23] Speaker B: Brought us to the left. What do you mean, get you off the ledge? You walked us both over to the.
We standing now. But when you get. When you get to the ledge and it makes sense, it's hard to walk away from the ledge.
[00:06:34] Speaker A: Well, I was hoping it wasn't going to make sense. Sense, man.
[00:06:36] Speaker B: It is, man, because it. Because I'm the same way with my. With my menu items. If there's something on there and I'm just like, man, you done ruined it.
[00:06:42] Speaker A: Exactly.
[00:06:42] Speaker B: And every time I walk to Costco, at Costco, I. I dream about that hot dog bro calls me.
[00:06:48] Speaker A: You can see it from the me. That's what I'm saying. That display, it's been the same five items ever since.
[00:06:53] Speaker B: And I've tried maybe three to four items on that whole menu and ain't been mad yet.
[00:06:57] Speaker A: No.
[00:06:57] Speaker B: So I'm like, I don't want to be mad at all.
[00:07:00] Speaker A: That's what I'm saying, though. I don't. I don't want Costco to run that streak like your streak's been gold and just. Just take it to the grave, dog on that place.
[00:07:07] Speaker B: Right?
[00:07:07] Speaker A: Take it to the grave.
[00:07:08] Speaker B: You walk me to the edge. You better not say jump because I'm gonna go with you because that makes sense.
[00:07:13] Speaker A: So I believe Costco probably, like you said, had in the chamber, and it probably is good. Your boy ain't gonna try it. If you have, get in the comments and let me know. But I. I ain't gonna do it.
[00:07:22] Speaker B: I've heard a lot of people talk good about it, though. Like a lot of people said.
[00:07:25] Speaker A: I've heard a lot of people on the fence. I've been on the. I've heard a lot of people talking about how huge they are, which I ain't surprised by that. It's Costco. Go big or go home. Like, I ain't mad about that part. It's the part where some people are saying it's been inconsistent. That's the word that got me. Some people were saying they went three days in a row.
[00:07:42] Speaker B: Chicken.
[00:07:42] Speaker A: Yeah, they went three days in a row. And one day it was hot. Other day it was kind of like it's been sitting there.
[00:07:47] Speaker B: You gotta have that consistent chicken.
[00:07:48] Speaker A: That hot dog be hot?
[00:07:49] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:07:50] Speaker A: That pizza be even. Even the grease consistency on that pizza is consistent.
[00:07:55] Speaker B: Cause that's like a couple miles from the work. And we go over there, pick it up, buy it, and then come back to work, and it'd still be hot.
[00:08:00] Speaker A: That's what I'm saying. Everything else is consistent.
[00:08:02] Speaker B: Okay, so no more Costco.
[00:08:04] Speaker A: Who else?
[00:08:04] Speaker B: Who else? Who else is on this list?
[00:08:06] Speaker A: I don't even eat here that much, but they ticked me off.
Arby's.
[00:08:10] Speaker B: Oh, I don't eat there at all.
[00:08:11] Speaker A: I don't. But you are known for roast beef sandwiches with cheese. Okay, I'll even give you the curly fry. You got a dope curly fry. I'll do that. I'll do the curly fry.
Why are you getting into the nugget game? Arby's.
And on top of that, this how you know it's going to be trash? Not chicken nuggets. Because it's Arby's.
[00:08:34] Speaker B: Right.
[00:08:34] Speaker A: I don't know if I might have to take this out. I don't know if I can allow to say this, but because they have the meats, it's going to be a steak nugget. So it's a chicken nugget shape, but stuffed with steak.
[00:08:45] Speaker B: Well, I mean, have you had finger steaks before?
[00:08:47] Speaker A: Yes.
[00:08:47] Speaker B: So it's just.
[00:08:49] Speaker A: It ain't about what it ain't the fact that you can make it. Why are you dipping in that lane? Arby's.
Name me a time. You've known them to promote any Nugget of any sort.
[00:09:01] Speaker B: There ain't. There ain't that many no more. There's no more Hawaiian comedians walking in to buy the other stuff. They. They got to sell something else right now.
[00:09:07] Speaker A: They got to switch it.
[00:09:09] Speaker B: I don't eat Arby's, man. I mean, I don't either. If I, if I eat Arby's, it's cuz I had to eat Arby's and it was the only place that was in the vicinity or the area and where I was at that was open. And I'm still only getting season fries.
[00:09:20] Speaker A: That's what I'm saying. You can't even say I'm eating there. I'm snacking and I'm getting a large curly fry and a chocolate shake.
[00:09:26] Speaker B: That's.
[00:09:27] Speaker A: That's what I known Arby's for. That's. That is what you are to me. You are curly shake. Sit.
[00:09:31] Speaker B: I don't. You got the meats. I don't want them.
[00:09:34] Speaker A: I don't want them.
[00:09:35] Speaker B: Sorry. But yeah, like, I get chicken steak. Steak nuggets.
[00:09:40] Speaker A: Yeah. And by the way, you also disrespecting the finger steak because the finger steak at least look like a chicken tender.
[00:09:45] Speaker B: Correct.
[00:09:46] Speaker A: These are, These are blocks.
I saw it on. I saw the picture of it. I'm sure Producer John.
It is literally like a cube of a nugget.
[00:09:55] Speaker B: So you said one of these, one of these steak nuggets walked up on a finger steak. The fingers take and be like, what's up? Who is you, little man?
[00:10:03] Speaker A: Yeah. You look weird.
[00:10:04] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:10:04] Speaker A: You're like, I'm a finger state. You're not a finger state. You a cube.
[00:10:07] Speaker B: I don't even. I pass every RB I go by. I'm sorry. If there's RV people out there that are gonna get met, get mad.
[00:10:13] Speaker A: I don't think there are.
Like, as much as they got.
[00:10:16] Speaker B: I'm good.
[00:10:16] Speaker A: No disrespect to them, but I see them on a commercial a lot. But they can't be hitting like that.
They can't be. Not on like a McDonald's. Burger King.
[00:10:23] Speaker B: Being Rames makes me hungry, but I'm not hungry enough for Arby's.
[00:10:27] Speaker A: Right. So I'm not done. I got a list.
[00:10:30] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:10:30] Speaker A: So that's Arby's, my other one.
I'm going. I'm gonna take it back a little bit.
I always felt like Burger King was trying to dip into the McDonald's world.
[00:10:42] Speaker B: How?
[00:10:43] Speaker A: Or you might be able to educate me. I feel like Burger King pulled out their fish sandwich.
When McDonald's had the fish sandwich, I feel like McDonald's was first.
[00:10:54] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:10:54] Speaker A: And then Burger King followed along. Yes, I saw that. They bringing that back.
[00:10:57] Speaker B: Like, why?
[00:10:59] Speaker A: First of all, you failed.
When I was in middle school making a fish sandwich, it was so watery. Yeah, it was trash.
[00:11:05] Speaker B: It was watery. Like you bite into it and water came out of it.
[00:11:08] Speaker A: So because it's been 15 years, you think you could just come back with it? The last time you. You showed up, you got a nail. Uh huh. Stick with the fries. Stick with the nuggets. You, you are the nugget person. If you ask me. I'll take Burger king nuggets over McDonald's.
[00:11:22] Speaker B: Really?
[00:11:23] Speaker A: I will. Yeah.
[00:11:24] Speaker B: Oh, I can't touch a Burger King nugget. I can't.
[00:11:26] Speaker A: I don't know what it is about them. I don't.
[00:11:28] Speaker B: To me, they just. I can't. I can't mess with them Burger Whoppers though. All day.
[00:11:32] Speaker A: Oh, the Whopper's there. But I'm just saying, like, they dove into the nugget game and I feel like they should just hang on to that.
[00:11:37] Speaker B: They French fries got better.
[00:11:39] Speaker A: They French fries did get better.
[00:11:40] Speaker B: Burger King's fries.
[00:11:41] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:11:41] Speaker B: They used to be trash. They used to be where you could like take three of them and chew them and if you drink Dr. Pepper, it tastes like sugar cookies. I don't know why, but it tastes like.
[00:11:49] Speaker A: You never sugar, man.
[00:11:51] Speaker B: It's crazy. The three Burger King french fries, I think it was the oil that mixed with the soda and the sweet spark some it made. It tastes like a sugar cookie. Like you were eating a sugar cookie. I was like, what? Why? Somebody out there gonna try it? But yeah, but they nuggets. I can't mess with their nuggets.
[00:12:08] Speaker A: I can do their nuggets. Their nuggets. The nuggets do hit. No, but no, they. They're bringing back the fish sandwich at Burger King. Like, don't.
[00:12:15] Speaker B: Why, Brian? Ain't nobody. Ain't Nobody beat out McDonald's fish sandwich.
[00:12:19] Speaker A: No, but that's what I'm saying. Stay in your lane.
[00:12:22] Speaker B: I'm gonna get one after this.
[00:12:23] Speaker A: Never had a fish sandwich. I thought they did.
[00:12:25] Speaker B: No, they had one and then they stopped. And then they stop and they bringing
[00:12:28] Speaker A: it back and they bringing it back out of here.
[00:12:30] Speaker B: Get it, Take it back home. Yeah, it was, it was lottery.
[00:12:33] Speaker A: You took a bad loss. So you think, you think people gonna forget.
[00:12:37] Speaker B: Yeah. When you bite into it, the water from the lake shouldn't still be there.
[00:12:42] Speaker A: I'm An I like seafood. I don't want. I don't want that type of.
[00:12:45] Speaker B: Still tastes like Alaska. They're like, we're going to try a different fish.
[00:12:49] Speaker A: It don't matter.
[00:12:49] Speaker B: Stop doing cod.
[00:12:50] Speaker A: This is why I don't want this to happen to Costco. I've got a bad memory of Burger King and a fish sandwich because of one.
[00:12:56] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:12:56] Speaker A: I don't want that to happen.
[00:12:57] Speaker B: You know Costco, you know there's a sandwich from McDonald's. I don't know if that's on your list, but there's a sandwich on McDonald's called the McRib, and I can't mess with that no more.
[00:13:06] Speaker A: No, they switched that up.
[00:13:08] Speaker B: I chipped my. I chip one of my teeth from a McRib sandwich. There was a bone that was stuck in my. In my sandwich. As soon as I bit into it was like bank and my tooth chipped on that.
[00:13:16] Speaker A: See, the McRib is on my list for two reasons. One, I don't think you should do it. I. I think. I think the McRib is overrated. Call me what you want.
[00:13:27] Speaker B: Nah, I'm with you.
[00:13:28] Speaker A: Call me what you want. It's overrated.
[00:13:29] Speaker B: Gonna be a hell of a McRib. Oh, they're mad. Mad.
[00:13:32] Speaker A: They bought. They buy the comments sauce. By the way, THC handles all the comments. So whatever you about to say, he comments back and then he relays to me. I do.
The McRib is overrated. But if you go own it.
Just leave it on the damn menu. Don't do this. Bringing it on, taking it off, Limited time. That's the thing that ticked me off. Like, if you go on something, own it. Don't. Don't be limited time. And then we also don't know when you gonna bring it back. Like, it could be a year. So it could be two years.
[00:14:04] Speaker B: Do you think I should go for coffee as well?
[00:14:06] Speaker A: Yes. 100. Yeah. Don't be. Yeah, you either can make it or you can't. And if you go.
[00:14:11] Speaker B: I mean, they bring it back by.
[00:14:12] Speaker A: By.
[00:14:13] Speaker B: By holiday.
[00:14:14] Speaker A: Nah, I'm not a coffee person. I feel like if you drink, there's nobody out there that's a seasonal coffee drinker.
[00:14:20] Speaker B: Oh, there's a lot of seasonal coffee drinkers out. Really? Oh, yeah. Bro, you know how many people are waiting right now just for that pumpkin latte to come back? Because they don't come until the fall.
[00:14:30] Speaker A: But that's. Oh, I see what you're talking about. A flavor of a coffee.
[00:14:34] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's oh, and it's a different type. Like, it's a latte, but it's. It's the, you know, they got the vanilla. Vanilla lattes and.
[00:14:40] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm not a coffee person.
[00:14:41] Speaker B: I'm telling you right now. There are lines during fall for people coming back from Starbucks to Dutch bros to all the rest of them.
[00:14:47] Speaker A: Yeah, Starbucks is. Yeah, they need to stop playing with people.
[00:14:50] Speaker B: That pumpkin latte. People like, I need to get line.
[00:14:52] Speaker A: They should have a360 iPhone. They should have a365. If you want to make. If you want to make money. Starbucks, don't just bring it around during October.
[00:15:02] Speaker B: Bring it around.
[00:15:03] Speaker A: 365.
[00:15:04] Speaker B: Yeah, I know.
[00:15:04] Speaker A: My wife would be one of them. She'll buy it every day.
[00:15:06] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:15:07] Speaker A: She done bought two since it came out. I know. I lost you about four.
[00:15:11] Speaker B: I don't know if they're gonna have that much flavoring.
[00:15:13] Speaker A: Well, they better.
[00:15:14] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying? Maybe they only get that flavor that part of the year. They can't do it for 365.
[00:15:19] Speaker A: Ah, they can do it. Three.
[00:15:20] Speaker B: They can do it for like 42.
[00:15:23] Speaker A: Maybe. Yeah, maybe there's a strategy. But if you're gonna do it, just do it. 365. Stop being scared.
[00:15:29] Speaker B: Somebody, somebody, a manager at Starbucks right now. You guys know, you guys know.
[00:15:32] Speaker A: You know what? Probably gonna be like, I try to tell my boss, we should just do a 365. And they like, no, nobody wants it like that. People want it like that. I don't even drink coffee. And I know there's people that want that pumpkin latte.
[00:15:43] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:15:43] Speaker A: I really want the pumpkin latte, cookie. That's what I really want.365.
[00:15:46] Speaker B: That's what else you got to stay in your lane after Arby's.
[00:15:51] Speaker A: Freaking Arby's.
Freaking Arby's.
I hate to do it to him too.
[00:15:57] Speaker B: Who?
[00:15:59] Speaker A: Taco Bell.
[00:16:00] Speaker B: No. Got to.
[00:16:02] Speaker A: That's time.
[00:16:02] Speaker B: I know, man. It's time, you know, go ahead, bro.
[00:16:05] Speaker A: Go ahead and say, you know, go ahead.
[00:16:09] Speaker B: I was dedicated to, man. I'm a stand up comedian. Driving on the road back from club to club. It's late night. It's something I could always depend on.
[00:16:17] Speaker A: The bail fateful.
[00:16:18] Speaker B: The bail will always be lit.
[00:16:20] Speaker A: Faithful.
[00:16:21] Speaker B: The arches might be out.
[00:16:23] Speaker A: The arches might be. You know what I'm saying?
[00:16:24] Speaker B: Like, it's just complete. You driving down the road.
[00:16:26] Speaker A: You like.
[00:16:27] Speaker B: Come on. You driving down the road.
That bell right there. Bing. You like. Oh, you pulling there. You like, man, let me get some rolls. Let me get that. What is it? The cheesy rolls? Yeah, get some of that 99 cent, bro. My favorite. My favorite go to is Mexican pizza. I. I get at least two or three of those when I go in there. I love Mexican pizzas. They so good. But, yeah, you absolutely right. They doing. They doing way too much right now. I'm getting churros and apple pie empanadas. Like, what is happening right now, bro?
[00:16:58] Speaker A: They.
Why.
They also went into the nugget game temporarily, man.
They took it off. I know they're gonna bring it back. They gonna try to fix up some. But Taco Bell, the most. The most you do is the pizza. You really shouldn't do that. But you know what? You figured it out. Yeah, just. But don't. I think that's what happened. They knew that pizza was so good. And a lot of us, like you and me are two different generations. I tore that up, dog. I tore that up more than a regular hard shell taco.
And I think we are the fault for them expanding because we just trusted them. But you got to really back Taco Bell. I don't. I don't need these nuggets. I don't need.
Even though it did work, I'm not really a fan of you doing fries. Like, that's not your wheelhouse.
[00:17:44] Speaker B: Yo, man. Oh, yo, those nacho fries are good.
[00:17:46] Speaker A: They are when you give them in the cheese, though.
[00:17:49] Speaker B: Oh, you can't. You can't argue.
[00:17:50] Speaker A: See, I think it's just the cheese. Which is what? That's they, Lane. The cheese is they, Lane. The cheese is the fry is not they, Lane.
I think it's the cheese that's coming up for that.
[00:17:59] Speaker B: If you handed me a bag of chips and no cheese, I'd be mad. But if you handed me cheese and two chips, I'd be aight.
You know what I'm saying? I'll be all right. I'd be like, you know what? I ain't even mad right now because that means I'm just dipping my finger in the cheeses. I'm going back.
But if you hand me chips and no cheese, I'm coming right back to your window again.
[00:18:18] Speaker A: Right back.
[00:18:19] Speaker B: I'm pulling right?
[00:18:19] Speaker A: Yo.
[00:18:20] Speaker B: Hey, hey. Ha ha, very funny. Give me my cheese.
[00:18:24] Speaker A: Did that happen to you before? Because.
[00:18:25] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah. Especially like at late night. Because like, if. I know in California, we used to go from club to club. We were going from like, you know, Lodi to Sacramento, right? You pull in, you order from some you want back on the freeway, you ain't gonna see nothing. It's like you know how mad you get. You reaching your bag, all you find is the chips and no cheese. You mad as
[00:18:46] Speaker A: you just wanna.
[00:18:47] Speaker B: You want to yell at every Taco Bell on the way back.
[00:18:50] Speaker A: Oh, about to stop at the next Taco Bell.
Better make sure that's how you know. You know it's the cheese, dog. But the frying, cooking the fry ain't doing.
[00:19:01] Speaker B: I think you unlock something.
[00:19:03] Speaker A: I don't even know what I just unlocked.
[00:19:05] Speaker B: I think you unlocked something. You notice everything that you done mentioned already, from burger joints to Mexican joints, everybody's going chicken. Is it because we running out of beef? You still. You talking about chicken and fish getting put back on the menu. Yeah. And a lot of chicken places you ain't even expecting.
[00:19:19] Speaker A: Chicken shouldn't even be touching places you
[00:19:20] Speaker B: ain't expecting to have fish.
[00:19:23] Speaker A: They might. They might be trying to tell us something. Yeah, that's a good point.
[00:19:26] Speaker B: I mean. Yeah, I heard that's kind of spooky. That's even spookier.
[00:19:29] Speaker A: I mean.
[00:19:30] Speaker B: I mean, make fake beef for a while, right? That they're called. It's called cultivated meat. I found it. I found it. They're making this. It's 3D printed meat.
[00:19:39] Speaker A: Nah, it's three.
[00:19:40] Speaker B: But I mean, the. The math ain't mad. I don't know how many cows we had to feed everybody here, but if we go by the numbers of hamburgers sold by all the fast food places, there's no way we got that many cows here.
[00:19:52] Speaker A: Yeah, maybe.
[00:19:53] Speaker B: I think you unlock some because now you just pointed out, I mean, they
[00:19:57] Speaker A: all are going chicken.
[00:19:59] Speaker B: Like, you got chicken nuggets now.
[00:20:01] Speaker A: Yeah, chicken nuggets. They. They doing chicken. Just chicken burritos. They. They're going into the shrimp game a little bit. I'm like, nah, dog, nah. I need. I need that ground beef.
That's why you. With that cheese.
[00:20:13] Speaker B: That's why you came there. You didn't come there.
[00:20:15] Speaker A: Look, I want chicken.
[00:20:17] Speaker B: That's like going to a Mexican restaurant. Like, we used to talk about it.
[00:20:20] Speaker A: You could. Yeah. Now, like four episodes.
[00:20:22] Speaker B: I did. I did say I would order a cheeseburger, but that's only because it was on the menu. I'd order it because it was there.
[00:20:28] Speaker A: It's on the menu because I know, because somebody asked why there ain't nobody. There ain't nobody of true Mexican Latino blood.
[00:20:35] Speaker B: But I'm telling you, I'm tell you, almost 100, when I go To Mexican restaurants. I'm eating Mexican food. Food, yeah, like 100%.
I'm getting my chili reno. I'm getting my chimichanga. I'm getting my. Oh, yeah, I'm getting all that.
[00:20:48] Speaker A: But I can't. Those are. Those are my big four.
[00:20:50] Speaker B: Give me my horse.
[00:20:51] Speaker A: Big four, big five. How many did I name?
Big four. Those are my big four.
[00:20:55] Speaker B: In your lane. Yes.
[00:20:56] Speaker A: Stay in your lane, restaurants. You.
You got this far with what you got.
[00:21:01] Speaker B: And then we going. And we're going to stay in our lane. Can we put out a little shout out to.
[00:21:04] Speaker A: To.
[00:21:05] Speaker B: To McDonald's. Because McDonald's need to stop playing with my emotions. Because. And I'm gonna tell you I'm. They need to stay in their lane with the emotions. Because this is what I'm tell you, man.
[00:21:13] Speaker A: The Emotions, bruh.
[00:21:15] Speaker B: They came out with this strawberry cream pie. The apple. It was the apple pie or it's the strawberry and cream.
[00:21:22] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:21:22] Speaker B: Oh, my. My goodness. Bro, I will punch people for these things.
[00:21:26] Speaker A: But they.
[00:21:27] Speaker B: But they switch them. They get you hooked and then they switch them. Next thing you know, the next week, blueberry. And it's like, man, you. You totally. Because, like, that's night and day to me as a. As an eater. Like blueberry to strawberry. It ain't the same.
[00:21:40] Speaker A: No, it's not. They do hit different.
[00:21:41] Speaker B: It does. And it's.
[00:21:43] Speaker A: And let me guess, you ain't the strawberry one. Ain't been back since struck, man.
[00:21:47] Speaker B: I've been like, when I pull up anything else, why I don't see it on the menu. But I would like to ask, maybe you that guy? Yes.
[00:21:54] Speaker A: You that hook?
[00:21:55] Speaker B: Yes, yes, the blueberry. I see you got a picture of the blueberry. I want to just know there's some strawberry back there.
[00:22:02] Speaker A: Are you that guy? You put. This is how I. This how I know somebody gonna be in the drive through for a long time when you gotta ask a question like that. When you roll the window down, do you do a hard lean out of it, too?
I feel like you do. That's. Those people. I know they're gonna ask about something, you know what. But it used to be there.
[00:22:20] Speaker B: And I'm gonna tell you why I do that.
[00:22:22] Speaker A: All right, first of all, so the answer is yes. Yes.
[00:22:25] Speaker B: But first of all, it's because, like, I want to make sure they can hear me. So I gotta leave, you know what I'm saying? Because the speaker is low, so I gotta lean down and be like. And let me get a.
Yeah. So I am leaning you got to
[00:22:40] Speaker A: lean so you make sure they hear you clearly.
[00:22:42] Speaker B: I'm that dude that when you sitting in the back and you trying to place an order, like, you gotta look for me, like, on the thing. You know how you gotta. You gotta do that thing and you gotta look at what else y' all want. And you leaned all the way. Yeah, I got the door lock right here on my face.
[00:22:57] Speaker A: Duh. You are doing.
[00:22:58] Speaker B: Yes,
[00:23:01] Speaker A: I know it's not on the mirror.
[00:23:03] Speaker B: You know what's even funny is I know they can't even see me, but I'm still doing. Doing this with my hands when I'm ordering. Or maybe they can't see me. I think they can see you.
[00:23:10] Speaker A: I think they can see you.
[00:23:11] Speaker B: Cuz I be sitting there like. And then I want some, and then I need this, bro said, I know.
[00:23:17] Speaker A: I know you said blueberries on the menu, but do you be talking to, like, like, our homies? Like, man, back in the day, like, two weeks ago, y' all had this strawberry, and I don't know what y' all done did with it.
[00:23:32] Speaker B: Yes.
[00:23:32] Speaker A: You be over there talking.
[00:23:35] Speaker B: I break down my old story, pick up my old story, go like. Like, I. I know. I know it's not gonna work. And be like, well, I remember when I came here last Tuesday, and you had. And you had that strawberry cream nice and hot in there. And I was. And I figured since today was Tuesday, you might have that in there.
[00:23:53] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:23:54] Speaker B: Because I think this is just strawberry Tuesdays now at McDonald's now.
Oh, yeah. I'm that dude. Bro set up comparison.
Like, the dude is sitting there listening to my story, and he's sitting there going, you know what?
[00:24:08] Speaker A: This is gonna magically pull out the
[00:24:09] Speaker B: strawberry one way in the back in the freezer. I'm gonna go look for this, man. But you know what's funny is if he did, I probably pay double.
I'd probably pay double if he went back and found me one. I'd probably pay double. Yep. That strawberry pies on here. It messes with my emotions.
Don't tell me you there and you're just not there anymore.
[00:24:27] Speaker A: Don't tell me you there.
[00:24:29] Speaker B: I'm outside McDonald's on the glass, like, you just broke up with me. You know what I'm saying? Like, you just told me. You know what? It's over, Sean. Go home. And I'm like, I can't.
[00:24:37] Speaker A: Oh, my.
[00:24:37] Speaker B: I see the blueberry, but I know you got strawberry in there somewhere.
[00:24:41] Speaker A: I just fully witnessed this, man. That's crazy. My Man, I know it was last Tuesday, and I figured since it's Tuesday today.
[00:24:50] Speaker B: Oh, God, that sound like Whippy from. From Popeyes.
Pay you Tuesday for a hamburger.
[00:24:55] Speaker A: Somebody about to get in the comments and say, leave. Leave TAC alone. Because they do the same thing.
[00:25:00] Speaker B: Somebody that work at Dr. You'll be like, oh, that's you. That's who that. You know what? We was just talking about your ass. They'd be like, yeah, that was me. That was me.
[00:25:09] Speaker A: 100. Some guy from last Tuesday.
[00:25:11] Speaker B: Last Tuesday. Got all these talking to.
[00:25:13] Speaker A: Probably didn't even work that day.
[00:25:14] Speaker B: Got all emotional on a. On a strawberry pie. Oh, God. All right, bro.
[00:25:20] Speaker A: So anybody working at McDonald's, clear a few things up, let us know. What's up with the strawberry cream? Is it coming back? Was it a test?
And it ain't coming back because I feel like fast food spots do that. They'll test something out and they'll get good reviews.
[00:25:33] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:25:34] Speaker A: Then they pull it.
[00:25:34] Speaker B: Pull it quick.
[00:25:35] Speaker A: It's like, why? Yeah, but you know why? I know why.
[00:25:39] Speaker B: Because they wanted to come back. Wanted to get all happy.
[00:25:41] Speaker A: They wanted. They want to hit you with that.
[00:25:42] Speaker B: And they know it.
[00:25:43] Speaker A: I'm on me time only when I hear limited.
[00:25:47] Speaker B: And that's hard for me, because if I hear limited, time only, you gone. Oh, bro, I'm going straight down. Let me get 17 of those. I can put them in the freezer, right?
Like, if I leave in the freezer, they. Okay, then I can reheat them later on. Like, I'm. I'm gonna figure out something, bro.
[00:26:01] Speaker A: So McDonald's, anybody that worked there or if you own it, I don't know, you might be listening. And you know what's up with those? And then I'm trying to help you out. Businesses stay in your lane. Don't. Don't experiment. Whoever you got in that little cluster meeting about new ideas, just fire all them. Like, they. You don't need no new ideas you've been here for. Especially McDonald's. Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell. You've been here at least since the 90s, bro.
[00:26:25] Speaker B: Look. And look who does good. Look at In N Out Burger. All they do is burgers and fries, bro.
[00:26:29] Speaker A: That's the same four things.
[00:26:30] Speaker B: Yep, yep. Menu, easy. Give me a 1, 2, and a 3.
[00:26:33] Speaker A: Sorry. 6.
[00:26:34] Speaker B: Give me a. Yep.
[00:26:36] Speaker A: Three burgers, fries, shake, drink. Six things.
[00:26:40] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:26:41] Speaker A: You ain't gotta change it.
[00:26:42] Speaker B: Perfect.
[00:26:42] Speaker A: You ain't gotta change it. Even I hop out here, it's gonna stay long. Oh, stay long. Why? Because I know what I'm going to
[00:26:49] Speaker B: get even when they open it in and out burger. It comes with cone with cones for the.
[00:26:53] Speaker A: Oh, they know. They know what's up.
[00:26:55] Speaker B: That's crazy.
[00:26:56] Speaker A: You know who else I got throw them out there. Although it is good and I don't like talking about them. And no, they're not even open on a Sunday.
[00:27:07] Speaker B: Who?
[00:27:07] Speaker A: Chick Fil a.
You know, they came out with, you know they came out with a chicken and waffle sandwich.
[00:27:13] Speaker B: You ain't had it yet.
[00:27:14] Speaker A: I have and it is so good.
But again, you were doing just fine with your chicken and biscuits.
Why are you going in a waffle game?
[00:27:26] Speaker B: I had a bad one.
No, and it goes right back to your consistency.
[00:27:33] Speaker A: You had a bad one.
[00:27:34] Speaker B: I had a bad one.
[00:27:34] Speaker A: I've been to Chick Fil a twice and so far I've been two for two.
[00:27:37] Speaker B: I'm, I'm.
[00:27:38] Speaker A: Was it cold?
[00:27:38] Speaker B: I'm zero for two. No, I'm over two.
[00:27:41] Speaker A: You've been in a Chick twice and she, and she denied you.
[00:27:44] Speaker B: The one over there by Costco down the.
[00:27:46] Speaker A: That's the one. That's the one. That's by my house.
[00:27:48] Speaker B: Oprah.
[00:27:48] Speaker A: Too cold?
[00:27:50] Speaker B: One was cold and the other one was weird. I don't know.
[00:27:54] Speaker A: The, Was it kind of dry?
[00:27:55] Speaker B: It was dry. And the, and the, and, oh, no. Yeah, the, and the waffle was like. I don't know because I thought the first one I had, I thought, okay, that was just a fluke.
That was just a fluke.
[00:28:06] Speaker A: So this is how it starts, bro.
[00:28:07] Speaker B: The second one was me trying to re.
[00:28:10] Speaker A: Regain and, and you still got let down. Still got consistency. Yep.
[00:28:13] Speaker B: So I'm not, I'm off it now.
[00:28:15] Speaker A: Let me ask you, what time did you go?
[00:28:17] Speaker B: The first one? The first time I did it, it was before. It was before 12. And the second time I did it was about 3 o'.
[00:28:23] Speaker A: Clock. Okay.
Because I got them Both times like 9, 8, 9 in the morning. So I wonder if I'm just lucking out because I'm getting them hot and fresh because they do say serve all day.
[00:28:33] Speaker B: It served all day.
[00:28:34] Speaker A: But sound like maybe I gotta be
[00:28:36] Speaker B: there in first thing.
[00:28:37] Speaker A: You gotta be in the morning.
[00:28:39] Speaker B: I don't have, I don't have to be early in the morning for any other sandwich. They got you. I, I every play everything else I've had at Chick Fil a bomb on time.
[00:28:47] Speaker A: I'm with you, big dog.
[00:28:48] Speaker B: Maybe I just have my expectations too high.
[00:28:50] Speaker A: No, I think your expectations was great. I just Think they out here getting cute?
[00:28:54] Speaker B: I got.
[00:28:55] Speaker A: Don't be getting cute business.
[00:28:56] Speaker B: Two of them. And I even feel special because you know how they got the little. The little sliding door and they come running out to your car, bro.
[00:29:02] Speaker A: Chick fil a be cooking. You want to talk?
[00:29:04] Speaker B: I felt special and everything. I always feel special when I go there. When I bit into that sandwich, I almost drove back. Back.
[00:29:09] Speaker A: You probably should have.
[00:29:10] Speaker B: I almost drove back, but I didn't.
[00:29:12] Speaker A: You ain't want to hurt him.
[00:29:13] Speaker B: No, I didn't want to hurt them. I just. I don't think I. I wanted to stay in that line again just to complain about my one.
[00:29:18] Speaker A: Yeah, they do got a lot, but they probably one of the fastest fast food joints that can get you a line pretty fast.
[00:29:23] Speaker B: Pretty quick.
[00:29:23] Speaker A: They. Them in and out. They.
[00:29:25] Speaker B: They got efficiency.
[00:29:26] Speaker A: Oh, they are. They need to teach.
[00:29:28] Speaker B: Take your order. They need to teach classes to Dutch brothers.
Because Dutch brothers just has a sign that says, hey, switch lanes when you get close, and it's like, no people. They all move up. Next thing I know, I place my order. But this car is way.
Yeah.
[00:29:42] Speaker A: Nah, they need to teach glasses. But, yeah, Chick fil a.
I liked it. TC didn't like it.
[00:29:48] Speaker B: I didn't like.
[00:29:49] Speaker A: You need to get it off the menu. Sorry. If you've had a new Chick fil a chicken and waffles, let me know what you think. I thought. Like I said, I think it's good, just not your lane. When I think of chicken and waffles, I'm thinking of Denny's, maybe ihop. But, like, I'm not thinking. I'm not thinking Chick fil a. I'm thinking a nice biscuit with the chicken, and I put my own honey on it.
[00:30:07] Speaker B: Chicken.
[00:30:08] Speaker A: See?
[00:30:08] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:30:09] Speaker A: It's a simple. It's number one all day. Number one all day.
[00:30:11] Speaker B: That'll work.
[00:30:12] Speaker A: Some hash browns and oj. I'm good.
[00:30:14] Speaker B: Can't mess with that chicken and waffle. I didn't ruin it. And it almost. And the thing is, is I don't want to eat another one because I like regular chicken and waffles. And I don't want to lose that as. As saying that because then I don't want. I guess I don't want to be reminded of what I bit into when I'm eating something.
[00:30:30] Speaker A: Yeah, you'll be scared anywhere else you go now with a chicken and waffles. Waffle.
[00:30:33] Speaker B: And I like.
[00:30:33] Speaker A: And I.
[00:30:34] Speaker B: And. And I'm not bagging on y' all. Chick fil a. I like Chick fil A. Like, I. I like their food. I like their waffle fries.
[00:30:39] Speaker A: We had a slip up.
[00:30:40] Speaker B: It was. Yeah, but it was twice, right?
[00:30:43] Speaker A: So, Costco. This is why I'm saying. Yep.
Get off that chicken.
[00:30:47] Speaker B: I agree that consistency's gotta be. It's gotta. That's. That's the key.
[00:30:51] Speaker A: Costco. Here's what I'm saying. I don't know if you watching, but if you are, take it to the big boss. I think you let this. You let the chicken ride out.
And then once she gone, she gone. Don't let her. Don't let her come back. Just get her off the boat. She. The chicken boat. We don't need her. We got greasy pizza. We got the chicken panini, and we got the $50 dog. That's all we need. That's it. And the sundae and the Sunday.
That's all you need.
[00:31:16] Speaker B: And Costco went back to Coca Cola now, so.
[00:31:18] Speaker A: And you went. See. See, Costco know what they doing.
[00:31:21] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:31:22] Speaker A: Which is why this shocked me.
[00:31:23] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:31:24] Speaker A: Why you. Why you. Why are you over there in the Kluck. Kluck Lane. Don't do it.
Get out of there. You already. Cluck, cluck. It's the panini. She Gucci.
[00:31:31] Speaker B: The bake. The chicken.
[00:31:32] Speaker A: Sorry. Chicken bake. I still don't even know what. It's so good, bro.
[00:31:36] Speaker B: You can't even get the name right.
[00:31:37] Speaker A: You know what? I do.
[00:31:38] Speaker B: You can't get the name right.
[00:31:40] Speaker A: There was one time the machine wasn't working, so I had to actually go to the front and I told the lady, let me get the chicken thing. And she just looked at me, and I was like, I don't know the name, but you know what I'm talking about. Because it's the only chicken thing you got.
[00:31:53] Speaker B: Right? Right.
[00:31:54] Speaker A: Let me get the chicken thing and the bread.
[00:31:55] Speaker B: See, now you can't do that now.
[00:31:57] Speaker A: No. Now there's two chicken things.
[00:31:58] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:31:59] Speaker A: Throwing me off now. So I got actually no names that PR just said. I still. What is it? The chicken.
[00:32:03] Speaker B: Chicken bake.
[00:32:04] Speaker A: Chicken bake.
[00:32:05] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:32:05] Speaker A: That's a very easy thing, you think to learn, but it's kind of hard.
[00:32:08] Speaker B: You still. You're gonna be on that screen. It doesn't say panini, bro.
[00:32:11] Speaker A: I'm gonna be looking for panini and chicken and ain't gonna do it.
[00:32:14] Speaker B: If you go up and ask her for the panini and I'm there with you, I'm gonna let you do it. I'm not gonna stop.
[00:32:18] Speaker A: They do have one, and I'm gonna let you. I'm gonna be so pissed because I don't like.
[00:32:22] Speaker B: Because when you order it, I'm gonna step on and be like, you know, he meant the chicken baker.
[00:32:26] Speaker A: No, And I'm the one that. I hate returning stuff when I've done a human error. Like, I wouldn't return the panini. That's what I ordered. Yeah, I wanted. I wanted the chicken baked correct, but I ordered panini correct. So I'm gonna be mad at myself, but I ain't gonna want to take it back, because I want to know
[00:32:41] Speaker B: you're gonna eat that, and that's gonna eat that. That's gonna be a lesson.
[00:32:44] Speaker A: And it'll probably be the last time I remember, too. I'll be like, that ain't a panini. It's a chicken bake.
[00:32:48] Speaker B: That's right.
